In about 60 minutes, we will cover your goals in detail, and outline my step-by-step strategy for getting you your ideal property with the best possible terms. We will also cover the specifics you need to know about focusing your search, understanding financing, legal paperwork, and important market stats. You’ll be amazed at how spending just a few minutes in the beginning of your search refining your wants and needs can save you weeks or months in un-focused house hunting.

We start with finding the best financing option for you. Some agents just push you towards their favorite lender, regardless of whether they have the right programs for YOU. Through my knowledge of different mortgage options, I can help you find the financing that will not only fit your budget and down payment needs, but also be compatible with your home goals.


Next, we start our search. Based on the response from the “My Ideal Home” questionnaire you will have filled out after our Strategic Home Consultation, we’ll start by looking at different styles and areas to help narrow your search, and go from there. In addition to our automated alerts so you find out about properties right as they hit the market, my extensive connections mean we find out about off-market and “coming soon” opportunities you may otherwise miss.
